What Was The Brief?

Beaumont People sought to deliver a powerful new capability for their sales team and clients: a tool to provide deep insights into what constitutes a meaningful workplace. This required building a specialised platform consisting of a survey tool and an insights dashboard where clients could survey their employees and receive results automatically interpreted by a sophisticated evaluation framework designed by academics.

Academic Rigor: The survey platform had to exactly mirror the original academic study, strictly adhering to the exact wording, question order, and complex scoring methodology defined by the researchers.
Precise User Mapping: Accurate analysis required mapping user responses to distinct user personas, which had to be achieved through a precise and complex scoring methodology.
