HMLet (launched as FlatMonthly) is a revolutionary platform for landlords, agents and tenants to streamline the process of listing, searching and transacting agreements for the rental of condominiums and apartments. HMLet automates routine tasks and offers 3D photography, Virtual Reality tours and digital signing.
For this project SoftwareSeni acted as the client’s entire design and development team. We worked with the FlatMonthly founders from inception to app release on iOS and Android. Our team fleshed out the design and wireframe based with feedback from the clients as we iterated towards the optimal feature set to launch with.
On the backend our developers built the API that the mobile apps and web site would talk to. They also built the all important Admin Dashboard. Apps get the limelight, but online businesses rely on the quality and features of their dashboards.
We used cross-platform technologies for the mobile apps to shorten the development cycle and reduce costs. This was only possible because we had led the design and the feature set had been chosen to make this possible.
The final result was a best-of-breed presence across mobile and web in the rental market.
