What Was The Brief?

Proffer required the rapid development of a greenfield platform to meet a critical 12-week deadline for business funding. The Hurdles

Strict Beta Technology Adoption:
Proffer was a beta adopter of ConnectID (by AP+), a stringent bank-linked verification platform. Implementing this unproven, high-security integration within a fixed 12-week window presented a significant technical risk.
Compliance & Security Certification:
Because the platform handles sensitive identity data and interacts with banking validation, the software required formal ConnectID certification, demanding absolute precision in security protocols and data handling.
Undefined Market Patterns:
Facilitating "unsolicited offers" on unlisted properties is a novel concept with no existing UI/UX blueprints. This required a highly flexible design approach to accommodate constant refinements based on user feedback during the build.
Aggressive Funding Deadline:
The project had a non-negotiable "Go-Live" date; failure to launch within 3 months would have jeopardised the client's vital investment milestones.
