What Was The Brief?

Proffer needed to launch an entirely new, innovative website concept on a critically tight 12-week deadline to secure vital business funding. The platform's core functionality required enabling the public to view details of any residential property in Australia and, crucially, to submit an unsolicited offer to the owner via a registered real estate agent.

The Hurdles

Pioneer Technology Adoption: Proffer's new business concept required them to be a beta adopter of the stringent ConnectID client verification platform provided by Australian Payments Plus (AP+), which itself had a demanding implementation timeline.
Compliance and Security: As the verification process involved validation against a client’s bank account, achieving absolute security and meeting strict compliance requirements for ConnectID was paramount. SoftwareSeni was required to gain formal ConnectID certification to verify the implementation.
Novel Market Concept: As a new concept—facilitating unsolicited offers—there were virtually no reference applications for guidance. This necessitated continuous UI/UX validation and the accommodation of multiple modifications throughout the accelerated sprint schedule.
