But here’s the question that matters: does this count as a high-risk AI system under the EU AI Act?

Because if it does, you’re looking at conformity assessments, fundamental rights impact assessments, bias mitigation protocols, and August 2026 deadlines. If it doesn’t, you can skip most of that.

How Does Article 6(3) Preparatory Tasks Exemption Work?

How Do I Know If My HR Technology Falls Under High-Risk Classification?
